He is survived by: his father Thomas Kelosky (Kay) of Fombell; his children, Katlyn Kelosky of Ellwood City and Matthew Kelosky (Jamie); his grandchildren, Qwintin Kelosky, Xavier Moxley, Maddox Smith, Bryson Smith, Brenna Smith, Nicky Little, Aubrey Little, Hazel Talkington, Thor Talkington, Phoenix Talkington, Makell Kelosky, Lucy Kelosky, Kaylee Coles and Booklyn Coles; and his brothers, Terry Kelosky (Lisa) of Ellwood City, Troy Kelosky (Kristen) of Fombell and Ted Kelosky (Linda) of Fombell.
