It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Mazzanti (Ellport, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Nocera and Virginia Pacella Nocera; her son Stephen M. Mazzanti; her great grandchild Justin Park; her daughter-in-law Kathryn Mazzanti; and her siblings, Anthony Nocera, Julius Nocera, Mollie Mazzanti, Isabell Alberico and Mary Vellone.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred "Fred" Mazzanti of Frisco; her sons, Fred Mazzanti (Kathleen) of Ellwood City and Ray Mazzanti (Stephanie) of New Castle; her daughter-in-law Colleen Mazzanti of Ellwood City; her brother Louis Nocera of Ellwood City; and her sister-in-law Mary Nocera Porter of New Castle. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
