He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack R. Hall and Lillian S. Hall Sr. (Bubb); and his brothers, Steven Todd and Matt Hall. He is survived by: his children, Beck Zebley of New Castle, Josh Hall of Ellport and Marty R. Hall, Jr. of Ellport; his siblings, Barb Falba (Joe) of New Castle, Peggy Pearce of Danville, KY, Linda Wright (Greg) of Ellwood City, Cindy DeBlasio (Gary) of Wayne Twp, Shelly Brandt (Doug) of Wampum, Corrine Gardner of Danville, KY, Richard Todd of Cooperstown, Jack Hall (Lori) of Chewton and Tom Hall of Shenango Township; and his grandchildren, Nikki Hall, Madison Hall and Kalob Zebley.
