He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Duncan and Donna L. Rupp Duncan; and his siblings, Jim Duncan and Sandy Smith. He is survived by: his children, Garrett M. Duncan of Koppel and Charisse James Madosh of Wisconsin; and his siblings, Doreen Duncan of Ellport and Raymond "Sonny" Duncan of Portersville.
