He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Ramona" Ritter of Ellport; his children, Mark A. Bubb of New Castle, Richard L. Bubb (Amanda) and Nancy Altsman (Bradley); his grandchildren, Kyleigh Palmer, T. J. Altsman, Hunter Altsman, Sarah Bubb and Emma Bubb; his great grandchildren, Remington and Pierce Altsman; and his sister Arlene Brown of Ellwood City.
