He is survived by: his wife Aileen Luca (Chiodo); his children, Sherry Smalley of Darlington and William Luca (Karen) of Moon Twp; his grandchildren, Katherine Luca, Susan Luca, Ryan Luca, Mya Smalley and Luke Smalley; and his sister-in-law Sally Luca of New Castle.
