She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Moldovan; her daughter Vicki Lynn Moldovan; and her siblings, Betty Blinn, Beverly Wessel and Boyd "Sonny" Blinn.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Reed of New Castle, Amy Moldovan of Ellport and Adam Moldovan of Ellport; and her grandchildren, Christopher Reed, Jessica Reed, Sabrina Reed, Cody Moldovan and Kyleigh Moldovan.
