Miller (Ellport, Pennsylvania), born in New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 29, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Miller and Edna Miller (Wenkhous). He is survived by: his wife Julia Miller (Pelliccioni); his son Justin Miller (Diana) of Cranberry Twp; and his siblings, Mary Susan Cross of Ellwood City, Nancy Thomas (Steve) of Ellwood City and Joel Miller (Roxann) of Minnesota. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Mr. Miller's name may be made to the Lincoln High School Marching Blue Band boosters organization.
