She is survived by: her sons, Andrew Kelly of Ellport, Adam Kelly (Stacie) and Aaron Kelly of Ellport; her grandsons, Kurtis Kelly, Travis Kelly of Ellwood City, Tyler Nye of Patterson Twp and Austin Nye (Alina) of Hopewell; and her sisters, Roberta Brown of Ellwood City and Amy Ferrese (Joe).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations made in Donna's name to Lark Enterprises.
