He was predeceased by: his parents, David Neagley and Mary Neagley (Mitchell) of Killinger; his wife Thelma Neagley (Kretzing); and his daughter Karen Fletcher. He is survived by: his son William Steven Neagley of Elliottsburg; his grandson Ty Sims; his great grandchildren, Jett of Paragould, AR. and Kensington Sims of Paragould, AR.; and his sisters, Elma Gair of Danville and Helen Young of Bloomsburg.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mannsville Lutheran Church, 2944 Mannsville Rd, Elliottsburg, PA 17024.
