It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald E Rice of Elliottsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Ronald is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Ronald's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Rice and Beatrice M. Rice (Weibley); and his significant other Anna M. Rice (Bricker). He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rosalie Lowe of Loysville, Linda Carbaugh of Loysville, Liz Shanafelter of Shermans Dale, Sherry Jumper of Shermans Dale and Tim Kiner of Newport; and his siblings, Nancy Naylor of Chambersburg, Betty Radle of Landisburg, Linda Simmons (Michael) of Etters and George Rice of Elliottsburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; too-many-to-count great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Life Assembly of God Church (397 Bridgeport Rd, Landisburg, PA 17040).
