She was predeceased by: her husband Charles F. Swab; and her granddaughter Jessica Swab. She is survived by: her children, Charles Swab (Janelle) of Temple, Gregory Swab (Jennifer) of Hummelstown and Lori Wolford (Robert) of Elliottsburg; her grandchildren, Lindsay Ewing (Nathan), Ashley Cassel (Kyle), Robert Wolford (Breanne), Lauren Pierce (Austin) and Lexie Massen (Max); and her great grandchildren, Austin, Nash, Nolan, Branning, Leo, Noah, Quinn, Finn and Omri.

Memorial donations may be made in Patricia's name to Messiah Lutheran Church, 70 Limestone Ridge Road, Elliottsburg, PA 17024.
