He was predeceased by: his father Leon Anthony; and his brother Steven Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Judy Anthony (Chestnut); his children, Jennifer Cramer (Jeffery) of Shermans Dale, Joseph Anthony (Jessica) of Elliottsburg and James Anthony of Elliottsburg; his grandchildren, Logan Anthony, Devin Cramer and Gabriel; and his sister Kathy Snyder (Wayne) of Blain.
