He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Paul; his son Dakota E. Paul; his sister Lauren Gipe; and his stepfather Paul Gipe. He is survived by: his mother Phylis Gipe (Hoffman); his wife Laura K. Owens-Paul; his children, Dalton L. Paul, Jacob P. Owens (McKenzie), Justin P. Owens (Rebecca Parker) and Shelby E. Bailey (Drew); and his grandchildren, Jamison Owens, Charlette Paul, Adalynn Bailey, Braxton Owens and Rory Owens.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
