It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Esther M. Kisner of Elliottsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 10, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry M. Rupp and Esther A. Rupp (Alleman); her husband William V. Kisner, Sr.; and her siblings, Irene Eyster, Betty Weber, Colleen Rose, Arlene Wiest, Harry, John, George, Ray "Jim" and Roy Rupp.
She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Holman (Henry), Kim Baker (John Fyre), Darlene Smith, Tammy Sheehan (Gary) and William V. Kisner, Jr. (Connie). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
