He was predeceased by: his father Dickson Ulsh; and his stepson Jeff Pyser. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Ulsh (Heather) and Michael Ulsh (Candy); his sisters, Molly Gray (Alvus) and Beth Weiner; his grandchildren, Logan Ulsh and Jordan Ulsh; his stepgrandchildren, Rob Pyser, Chrissy True, Ryan, Brennan Pyser, Laurie Lyon-Duke, Amanda, Shaina Lyon, Joel, Julie, Catlin Pyser, Adrean and Austin Rodemaker; his nieces, Rebecca O'Dell and Elizabeth Weiner; and his nephew Andrew Weiner.
