He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Beatrice A. Treat, Sr. (Mitcheltree); his former wife E. Kay Ianson; his stepmother Luella Guenup; his siblings, Beverly T. Williams, Wilbur S. Treat and Keith Treat; his half-brother David Treat; and his nephew Eric Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Treat of Elkland, PA; his daughters, Melanie R. Treat of Arizona and Valerie R. George (Robert) of Arizona; his stepsons, Michael B. Potter (Amy) of Lawrenceville, PA and Jason K. Potter (Bobbi Jo) of Williamsport, PA; and his half-sister Gloria of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
