She is survived by: her caregiver Patricia Church (Melvin Hilfiger) of Elkland; her brother Jerry Hendershot (Gail) of Potter Brook, PA; her half-brother Jim Toscano (Donna) of Syracuse, NY; her niece Nichole Church; her nephews, Chad Hendershot (Melissa) and Kevin Hendershot (Heather); her friends, Charlene Clark, Rosie Gee and Dianna Hartman Collier; and her pet Patchy. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
