He is survived by: his grandchildren, Holly, Stephanie Jimmy Dimitry, Kayla Kohler (Branden), Nathan Kidd (Jenny) and Samantha Kidd (LoriAnn); and his great grandchildren, Aleeah, Nicholas and Kinsley Kidd. He is also survived by his family and friends.
