He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Kilburn and Harriet A. Evans Kilburn; and his siblings, Ronald, Robert, Clifford, William Kilburn and Bonnie Hurler.
He is survived by: his children, Carrie, Jim Southard, Shawn and Alycia Kilburn of Elkland; his grandchildren, Miranda (Chad Taft), Dakota (Caytlyn Southard), Ariane Kilburn, Derek (Bridget Southard) and Cauy Kilburn; his stepgrandchildren, Brock, Heather Southard, Kyle and Janie Southard; and his great grandchildren, Jada, Ryleigh, Willow, Paisyn and Killian Taft. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
