He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hugo and Mildred Hugo (Molyneux); and his brother Carl Hugo. He is survived by: his wife Patsey Reeser; his daughters, Diane Gilbert (Sam) of Wellsboro, Susan Styers (Steven) of South Williamsport and Joan McBride of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Christopher Styers (Jessie), Lindsey Perry (Travis), Karen Styers (Trevor Hall), Jeremy Styers (Sarah), Emily McBride and Molly McBride; and his sisters, Eloise Neuber of Vienna, VA and Phyllis Krause of Bernville, PA..
