He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. and Mary L. Cunningham (Morrell). He is survived by: his former wife Cynthia A. Cunningham; his children, David M., Matthew P., Heather L. M., Peter B. and Daniel J. Cunningham, Jr.; his grandchildren, Sofia, Cynthia, Morgan, Matt Jr., Jonathan, Noah, Ezekiel, Corie and Caleb; and his sisters, Kathlene Zavorskas and Lynne A. Loglisci. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
