With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Fasick of Elkland, Pennsylvania, born in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2021 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Fasick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Sereno and Helen L. Sereno (Caffo). She is survived by: her husband Ronald B. Fasick; her daughter Victoria Fasick of Vienna, WV; her grandson Nikolai; her stepchildren, Larry Champagne of Horseheads and Brenda Fasick of Corning; her siblings, Jean Sereno of Westfield, Fred (JoEllen Sereno), Pat (Dennis Perry) and Fran (Dave Rose); and her pets, Jack and Felix. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
