She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Forto and Pauline Forto (Civetti); her husband Wellington "Bus" Blend; and her siblings, Dominic, Fred Forto and Teresa Forto.
She is survived by: her son David Blend (Donna); her grandchildren, Jason Blend and Morgan Blend; her great grandchildren, Payton Blend, Katerina Merrick (Brandon Masker) and Emma Mann; and her great great grandchild Griffey Masker. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
