It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitsa Maris (Elkins Park, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 8, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Nicolas Maris; her parents, George Topakas and Elaine Topakas; her children, Dimitrios Maris, Argetta Ballas, George Maris, Konstantinos Maris and Debbie Milnik; her sisters, Joanne Katis and Toula Kaligios; and her daughter-in-law Eleanor Maris. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Malamo's name may be made to the Annunciation/Evangelismos Greek Orthodox Church, 7921 Old York Rd., Elkins Park, PA 19027.
