John Tsurtsuris Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Tsurtsuris (Elkins Park, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Elly; and his siblings, Zinon Tsurtsuris and Arthur Tsurtsuris. He is survived by: his children, Dan and Anna Bennett (Gregory); and his granddaughters, Christina and Katherine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greek Orthodox Church (7921 Old York Rd, Elkins Park, PA 19027). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Lawnview Cemetery (500 Huntingdon Pike, Jenkintown, PA 19046).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church.
