He was predeceased by: his parents, John Patrick Keefe and Mary Ethel McCardle Keefe; his wife Pearl Hoffman; and his siblings, Constance Keefe, Angela Lynch, Daniel Keefe and Robert Keefe.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Daniel Keefe (Denise), David Keefe (Colleen), Darren Keefe (Sarah), Dianne Krol (Joseph), Deborah Murawski (Stephen), Constance Mabli (James) and Brendan Lynch.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Bethesda Project, 1630 South Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146.
