She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Onassis; her parents, Alexander Anderson and Anastasia Anderson; her brothers, Andy, Bill and Zelenograd; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Z and Rosalie.
She is survived by: her children, Tina F. Onassis and Yiayia of Yianni Onassis; and also, Marilyn, Debbie, Maryann, Sue, Kitty, Joann, Greg, Dave, Nicole, Paul, Anna, Tommy, Laura, Molly, Jim, Joy, Jeff and Jacqui. She is also survived by spouses and children, along with cousins, koumbari, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please make donations to Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Elkins Park in Betty's (Elizabeth's) name.
