He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel W. Kolva and R. Elaine Porterfield Kolva; and his brother Glen Kolva. He is survived by: his wife Nancy N. Kitner Kolva; his daughters, Janelle R. Deptula (David) and Virginia (Stefanie E. Kolva); and his sister Susan Kolva. He is also survived by three grandsons as well as several nieces and nephews.
