He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay L. Buffington and Grace N. Buffington (Hilbert); and his son Paul E. Buffington Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Tami J. Buffington (Spicher); his children, Patti Buffington (LeAnn Wise) of Enola and Price (Jennifer Buffington); his sister Judy Kitchen; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie and Reagan.
