He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Henninger, and Marlin G. Henninger, Sr.; his son Stephan; his sister Jean Witmer; his brother-in-law John Witmer; and his children-in-law, Rahn Keefer and Jennifer Andino.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Henninger; his children, Trudy Keefer of Millersburg, Gail Winger (Garth) of Lykens, Diana Sassaman (David) of Millersburg, Martha Ovalle of Millersburg, John Henninger of Spring Hill, FL and David Henninger of Pillow; and his siblings, Lynn Henninger (Helen) and Lois Miller (Donald). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
