He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Williard and Donna Hand Williard. He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Hoke Williard; his sister Cheryl Schauers (Ron); and his sisters-in-law, Suzanne Wingard (Donald), Margaret Witmer (David) and Melissa Hoover. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
