He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sr. Weaver and Winnie Weaver (Leitzel); his brothers, Paul and Harry Jr. (Bud); and his stepsister Phyllis Brenneman.
He is survived by: his wife Jean (Buffington); his brothers, Robert Weaver, James Weaver and Loyalton; and his stepbrother Ralph Weaver of Rhode Island. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
