He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer A. Troutman and Mary Dockey; his sister Connie Troutman Williard; his brother-in-law Donald Williard; his brother Dallas Troutman; his son Robin Troutman; and his grandson Clinton Troutman.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine "Becky" Mauser; his children, Keith Troutman (Jody) and Gina (Richard Belack); his grandchildren, Christine, Cindy, Emma, Shannon, Mike, Ariane, Katarina, Niklas, Ryan and Brandon; his great grandchildren, Hannah, Blake, Molly, Max and Scarlett; and his sisters-in-law, Eileen "Cookie" Troutman and Eleanor "Ellie" Mauser.
