Matter Watkins; his daughters, Kimberly McNoldy (Darren) and Chris Smeltz (James); his grandchildren, Sheena Smeltz, Devon Tyson (Steve), Taylor Strouphauer (Justin), Kiara Shaffer (Ryan) and Colin McNoldy (Marissa); and his siblings, Carol Williams, Patty Adams and Terry Watkins. He is also survived by his daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
