She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Witmer and Grace Witmer (Boyer); her husband William S. Collier; her siblings, W. Elwood "Jim" Witmer, Edwin Witmer and Ethel Witmer; and her son-in-law Donald Fasnacht.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Collier, Judy Fasnacht, Ted Collier (Leslee) and Tim Collier (Jill); her sister Joyce Muggio; her grandchildren, Bill Collier (Jaci), Joelle Fasnacht (Bob Wagner), Trevor Collier (Taylor Schultz) and Tyler Collier (Hattie Enterline); her great grandchild Kirsten Castor; and her grandchildren, Josselyn, Jaelyn and Jack Collier. She is also survived by her children's and grandchildren.
