He was predeceased by: his parents, James Decker and Mary Decker (McCormick). He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Traub; his brothers, John Decker (Cora) and Kenneth Decker (Carol); his children, Jeannine Wang (Joe) and Jason Fisher; his grandchildren, Jeannette Hearon (William), Janelle Asfaw (Rujay), Lauren Fisher, Robert Fisher and Josephine Wang; his great grandchildren, Wilson and Avery Asfaw; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Dechow (Chad), James Decker (Jane), Catherine DiCristofaro (Gregory) and William Decker (Danielle).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sell Chapel of Masonic Village (1 Masonic Dr, Elizabethtown, PA 17022). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
