She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry K. Smith, Sr. and Blanche M. Baldwin Smith; her sisters, Joyce E. Rider, Betty Warble, Doris J. Fidler and Fern I. Saxman; and her stepbrother William F. Kipp.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald E. Shadle, Sr.; her children, Crystal E, Shadle (Harry Dunn) of Middletown, Rhonda L. Martin of Elizabethtown and Ronald E. Shadle, Jr. (Shannon) of Hummelstown; her grandchildren, Ashley, Mark, Kalie, Tyler, Gage and Clayton; her great grandchildren, Cole, Caleb, Carson, Audrey, Elijah, Remi and Leo; and her siblings, Harry K. Smith, Jr., Ruth E. Smith, Ronald L. Smith, Barry R. Smith and John J. Smith. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
