We bid farewell to Karl F. Schmidt of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 28, 2024 at the age of 61. Karl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Schmidt and Suzanne Schmidt (Elredge). He is survived by: his wife Linda Schmidt; his children, Stephanie Vargas, Victoria Painter and Thomas Schmidt; his stepchildren, Michelle Krueger-Mickles, Brian Kreuger and Jeff Krueger; his grandchildren, Everly, Ian, Evan, Malachi, Beckett, Jesse, Tyler, Chloe, Nic and Idubin, Jr.; his siblings, Peter Schmidt and Adrienne Schmidt; and his pets, Corgis and Callie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
