He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Franklin Sirk, Sr. and Dorothy Mae Sirk (Peugh); and his siblings, Barbara Folks, Mary Bywater, William "Billy" Sirk and Betty Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine (Yoder); his children, Letitia Sirk and Joseph F. Sirk, III (Joelle); and his siblings, Anna Trent, Daniel Sirk and Pattie Kepplinger. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Strickler's Mennonite Church (3256 Schoolhouse Rd, Middletown, PA 17057). A graveside service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Shope's Mennonite Cemetery - Middletown Middletown.
