He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen M. Allmendinger (Mauer) and Ernst F. Allmendinger; his wife Nellie E. Allmendinger (Keyser); his brothers, Karl Fritz Allmendinger, John E. Allmendinger and Martin E. Allmendinger; and his stepson Brian.
He is survived by: his children, Karl I. Allmendinger and Heidi A. Orth (Brian R. Orth, Jr.); his grandchildren, Tristan, Grace, Kamille and Noah; and his stepchildren, Barbara, Gary, Patti, Glenn and Sharon. He is also survived by his many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
