He was predeceased by : his father Dennis M. Lewis. He is survived by : his mother Kelly J. Bakaric (Duane); his daughters, Crislynn M. Lewis of Elizabethtown and Elizabeth C. Lewis of Elizabethtown; his sister Crissy M. Bixler of Elizabethtown; his former life partner Stephanie F. Magruder of California; and his nieces, Taylor, Lexi, Kaydence and Piper. He is also survived by extended family and caring friends.
