With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Darhower of Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 16, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Peterman and Lucille Peterman (Wellman). She is survived by: her husband George E. Darhower, Jr.; and her children, Linda J. Karalfa (Dennis R. Karalfa) of Elizabethtown, PA, George E. Darhower III of Carlisle, PA, Ricky N. Darhower of Landisburg, PA and Tammie L. Darhower of Annapolis, MD.. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Otterbein United Methodist Church (647 Forge Rd, Carlisle, PA 17015). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
