She was predeceased by: her daughter Sandy; her parents, Larry Knight and Carol Leigh Gadley (Fleeger); her daughter Sandra Tenny; and her brother Russell Gadley.
She is survived by: her husband Dave Monchak; her sons, Bradley Ferringer (Amanda), Adam Gadley (Jasmine) and Jerry Tenny; her grandchildren, Travis, Tyler, Haidyn Tenny, Kailyn, Ethan Ferringer, Xander Gadley, Peightn, Ryan and Jayden Cook; and her sisters, Vivian Todd, Janice Williams and Stacey Griffin.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Miller-Finkenbinder Funeral Home & Crematory (130 N Market St, Elizabethtown, PA 17022). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens (6615 US-322, Franklin, PA 16323).
