William S. Dower Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2020, at the age of 81, William S. Dower of Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Dower (McGuire); and his stepdaughter Nancy Yablonsky. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Dower of New Jersey and William Dower of New Jersey; his stepsons, Mike George (Ingrid) of Front Royal and Frank George of Shenandoah; his granddaughter Felicia Carter (John) of Shenandoah Heights; and his sister Mildred "Millie" Haglund of Greensburg. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
All CDC and PA Department of Health COVID-19 guidelines will be observed.
