He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Garvin and Anna Garvin (Hughes); and his brother James Garvin. He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Garvin; his siblings, Cynthia Ward of Ambridge and Robert Garvin of Macungie; and his niece Christine De'Ambrosia of Upper Montclair, NJ..
