She is survived by: her son Dennis Andrew Kapisak, Jr. (Tobie Lynn) of Elizabeth Township; her granddaughters, Madison Leigh and Taylor Marie Kapisak; her sister Theresa "Terri" Piekut (Larry) of Elizabeth Township; her sister-in-law Carol Straker of West Mifflin; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa, Michael, Kyle and Jennifer.
