With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tina L. Buckingham-Locke (Elizabeth, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 26, 2019 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Buckingham and Joanne Balo Buckingham; her son Derek Tokosh; her wife Megan; and her brother Robert Buckingham Jr. (Leslie).
