He is survived by: his parent Grace Elleen Bottenfield (Bair); his wife Elizabeth Irene; his daughter Kelly Zirpoli (Chris) of Boston; his stepchildren, Eric Henry (Tammy Berkheiser) of Williamsport and Sheila Brown of Williamsport; his stepgrandchildren, Erica, Ashley, Mayah Henry, Cambria White, Isaiah White and Stephen Moore; and his siblings, Hilda McKee (John), Belinda Bottenfield, John, Mark, George (Claudia), Roy and Frank. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The deceased prefers that contributions be made to a Christian charity of one's choice or to the Cancer Research Institute, One Exchange Plaza, 55 Broadway, Suite 1802, New York, NY 10006.
