He is survived by: his wife Tracy L. Coulter; his children, Lisa Coulter-Neal (Trennon Sr.), April Coulter (Matthew Sr.), Carrie Anderson (David Jr.) and Terrance "Patrick" O'Patrick Coulter, Jr. (Emily); and his siblings, William, Virginia, James, Kevin, Kathleen, Lorraine and Eileen Coulter. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
